Delivery and returns
DELIVERY
We dispatch orders within 1-2 days Mon-Fri. We offer standard and express delivery services. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is sent.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn with all original tags attached.
To initiate a return please visit our returns centre. You will need to enter your order number and email address. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. The dispatch note or order confirmation email must be included with any return. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return. Ciavey will not cover any return costs. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining the proof of postage.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and be in touch by email. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 working days for the refunded amount to show in your account.
SALE ITEMS
Items on sale are not eligible for return, but can be exchanged for a different size or product within 14 days of the order delivery date. Please contact us if you would like to place an exchange.
